Grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based practice, Kenya Pace integrates clinical counseling expertise with a practical understanding of the justice system to provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and ongoing support.

They collaborate with community, legal, and healthcare partners to reduce barriers, promote healing, and advance equitable outcomes for those they serve.

Deve Frias is a strong leader in her community. She is the owner of three Christian Childcare Centers located throughout Jefferson County. With a degree in Business and Early Childhood Education, Deve brings expertise and

passion to her work.

Adriene Kamara dedicated 40 years of service as a store manager with White Castle before retiring. She also served as the primary caregiver for her mother, Alma Roberta Elliott, an experience that deepened her passion for advocacy and community support.

In her personal time, Adriene enjoys meeting new people, participating in water aerobics, and relaxing with jigsaw puzzles. She also finds joy in cooking, watching television, and connecting with others through shared experiences.

She began her career as a Senior Auditor for the City of Louisville before joining UPS in 2000, where she has held leadership roles across Flight Operations, Crew Services, and Aviation Logistics.

Kim Lightsy is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and logistics. She began her career as a Senior Auditor for the City of Louisville before joining UPS in 2000, where she has held leadership roles across Flight Operations, Crew Services, and Aviation Logistics.

Kim holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from the University of Louisville.

Deeply committed to service, she has taught Sunday School at King Solomon Missionary Baptist Church for over 20 years and actively supports youth through programs such as Black Achievers, ACE (Aerospace Career Education), and ROAM, while also serving on multiple nonprofit boards. A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Kim finds joy in traveling, cycling, running, and spending time with her family. She lives by the principle of “paying it forward,” bringing both professional expertise and a heart for community to the Alma Roberta Elliott Foundation Inc.

In addition to her daily responsibilities, Stephanie serves on Baird’s Private Wealth Management Advisory and Implementation Council, contributing her insights to enhance client experience and operational excellence. Outside of work, she is a certified fitness instructor, passionate about promoting health and wellness in her community.

Stephanie is married to William Clark, and together they have three children and two beautiful granddaughters who bring joy to their lives. Her blend of professional expertise and personal warmth makes her a standout in both her career and her community.
